> When should I arrive for my booking?

In most cases, we would appreciate it if you could show up 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation time. If you cannot come early, signing waivers or using restrooms in advance can help us get you into the room on time and without rush.

> What happens if I am late to my booking?

At Mindscape, we are on a tight, hourly schedule. Lateness to your booking can not only make things harder on the staff, but also impede the experiences of other customers. Because of this, we have a strict policy on tardiness, and we will follow these procedures in the event that you are late to your booking:

At five minutes late we will call you at the phone number listed for your booking to double check on you. Our phone number is (770)-726-0139. If you expect to be late to your booking, please call us and let us know so that we can work out a way for you to play and enjoy the room.

At fifteen minutes late we will begin deducting time from your countdown clock. If you have not communicated to us that you will be late and do not respond to our call, we will mark you as a ‘no show’. After this point, we cannot accept your booking and will remove you for our schedule.

If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, contact us at (770)-726-0139 or unlock@mindscaperooms.com. Our team will work with you to figure out a solution for your booking — whether that is deducting time from your playthrough, rescheduling to a later time or different day.

Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

There is a two-strike policy for re-scheduled bookings - after two missed bookings, no more rescheduling will be permitted.

> What is an appropriate age for Mindscape Escape Rooms?

The puzzles in the rooms are best suited for ages 9 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian/Chaperone that is at least 18 years of age. Parent/Guardian/Chaperone must fill out waiver for minor(s).

> How much does it cost?

It is $30 per person plus tax. Discounts are automaticatlly applied depending on team size.

> How many people can play at the same time?

Rooms can hold up to 9 adults comfortably. If you need to add more please contact us.

> If we do not book all the slots will we be playing with strangers?

All rooms are automatically booked as private. Your team will not be paired with other teams.

> Is the room really locked?

Due to Cobb County Fire Marshall, the door in and out of the room will remain unlocked.

> Do you have a party room?

Unfortunately, space is limited at our facility and do not have a party room available. We are walking distance to many restaurants if you are looking for a place to gather or provide food.

> What should we bring with us?

You only need to bring your best wits and puzzle-solving ability. All items needed for solving the puzzles will be included in the room.

> Are cell phones allowed?

Cell phone use in the escape rooms is not permitted. The use of electronic devices or outside tools are not permitted and you will immediately be asked to leave if you attempt to use them.

> What happens if we don’t escape in time?

At the end of 60 minutes, the moderator does an evil cackle and lock you in forever.

> What if something comes up and we need to leave?

At any point in the game, you can leave the room. However, the game timer will not stop.
