Update regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Valued Mindscape Guest,

As communities begin to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), I want to share with you the steps we are taking to help protect the health and safety of our guests and our Mindscape team members, which is always our top priority.

We are continuously monitoring the recommendations of governmental health agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health organizations. We have further elevated our stringent cleaning and sanitation protocol.

Here are some examples of what we are doing:

• All games will automatically be made as private no matter how many participants are in your group. This will ensure that your team will never play a game with people you do not know. Book online as usual and the booking system will automatically block out the remaining spaces. If you need to add more to your group, please call or contact us and we can adjust when you arrive or over the phone.

• Instructing employees to wash their hands a minimum of hourly, which has been proven by the CDC to be the most effective preventative measure.

• Disinfecting bathrooms, door handles, high-touch hard surfaces hourly.

• Deep cleaning every night in all escape rooms, including decorations and props, in addition to cleaning escape rooms after each event.

• Educating our team on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventative measures.

• Requiring that those who are not feeling well stay home to prevent the spread of germs.

We also want to ensure you can book with confidence. As such, we are implementing a temporary policy regarding our bookings. If you need to reschedule a booking for any reason, we will either reschedule to another day (given availability) or apply a credit you can use for future booking.

COVID-19 has negatively impacted our communities. Mindscape Escape Rooms, along with our amazing community, will come together to overcome this disease. We will remain in close contact with governmental health agencies and take the proper precautions as this situation evolves.
